Lancaster COB Sets Epiphany Concert

The Chancel Choir and Carillon Bell Choir of the Lancaster Church of the Brethren (COB) will wrap up the Christmas season with two performances of the annual Starlight Tea Epiphany Concert. Performances have been set for Saturday, Jan. 7, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 8, at 3 p.m. Tea and cookies will be served after the Saturday program.

The concert will include a range of familiar and new carols, as well as a performance of John Rutter's "Gloria." The Chancel Choir, directed by Matthew Fritz and accompanied by organist Margaret Marsch, will be joined by a brass orchestra to perform this 15-minute masterpiece. The Carillon Bell Choir will open and close the concert, which also will include organ selections from Marsch.
