Belmont Theatre Posts Comedy

The Belmont Theatre, 27 S. Belmont St., York, will present the comedy "Four Weddings and an Elvis" in the Grumbacher studio at 7:30 p.m. on Fridays, Jan. 13 and 20; Saturdays, Jan. 14 and 21; and Thursday, Jan. 19, as well as at 3 p.m. on Sundays, Jan. 15 and 22. Written by Nancy Frick, "Four Weddings and an Elvis" focuses on Sandy, the owner of a wedding chapel in Las Vegas.

The directors are Rick Osborn and Andrea Stephenson. The stage manager is Dixie Smith. Heather Stoll stars as Sandy, and the cast also includes Faith Brown, Jaime Elizabeth, Mike Ausherman, Colleen Mundis, Bob Haag, Dylan Webb, Amber Gamber, Charlie Heller, and Joey Miller.

The theater has installed an ionization system that kills viruses in the air, including COVID-19. Touchless soap and paper towel dispensers were also added for a safe theater experience.
