Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport, presented student achievement awards to its fall 2022 graduates. A commencement ceremony was held Dec. 17.

The award winners include Rebecca High of Willow Street. High received the Academic Vice President and Provost's Award for scholastic achievement and service. She studied applied management at the college.
