Master Gardener Programs Announced

Penn State Extension Master Gardeners in Dauphin County are planning educational outreach events in 2023 for the Dauphin County community. To learn more, including how to become a Master Gardener, visit https://extension.psu.edu/programs/master-gardener/counties/dauphin.

Dauphin County Master Gardeners offer a Garden Hotline to answer garden-related questions all year. To get research-based answers to gardening questions, contact dauphinmg@psu.edu or 717-921-8803.

In addition, the Master Gardeners offer an annual Spring Symposium, Veggie Series, and Home Gardening Series in collaboration with Wildwood Park's Olewine Nature Center. Master Gardeners participate in horticultural educational outreach at festivals, parks, and local schools. Basic training for the Master Gardener program is offered annually, and Dauphin County sponsors six demonstration gardens open to visitors for ideas and inspiration.
