Albright LIFE Lancaster celebrated participant Helen Giovannini's 102nd birthday on Jan. 6. Giovannini's special day included lots of time with family, a giant birthday card from children at the neighboring day care, cake, flowers, and dancing.

When asked for her secrets, Helen shared, "Just keep moving. Don't worry about aging because it's going to happen anyway. Age is just a number. It's how you feel on the inside, and I feel like I'm 21!"
