Mental Health Awareness Run Fest is May 20th 2023. Runners and walkers will participate in the 1 hour challenge to see how far they can go in the that time. This will be in person and remotely. All proceeds go to NAMI- National Alliance on Mental Illness. Challenge starts at 8:30am. Prizes and raffles will be given. T-shirts for all participants.
