The Hershey Civil War Roundtable will meet on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will only be available via Zoom and Facebook Live.

Derek Maxfield will present "Hellmira: The Union's Most Infamous Civil War Prison Camp - Elmira, N.Y." Maxfield will talk about the rise of prison camps during the Civil War, explore the failed exchange of prisoners, and tell the tale of the creation and evolution of the prison camp in Elmira, N.Y.

The meeting is free and open to the public. All persons interested in the history of the United States Civil War are invited to attend. Those who miss the meeting can view the presentation at http://www.hersheycwrt.org.
