Commissioners Present Donation To Health Center

Chester County Commissioners Marian Moskowitz, Josh Maxwell, and Michelle Kichline recently toured the Center for Family Health at Coatesville, part of ChesPenn Health Services, and presented the community health organization with a check for $25,000. The check comes from the county's appropriation funds and is part of its annual distribution.

ChesPenn, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) headquartered in Delaware County, has satellite health centers in Coatesville, Chester, and Upper Darby. The organization provides pediatric and adult primary care, women's health, and prenatal care to more than 15,000 adults and children. Additional programs include dental care, behavioral health services, social services, and health education. This year marks ChesPenn's 50th anniversary.

The Center for Family Health at Coatesville is located at 744 East Lincoln Highway.
