Wire-Mesh Products Inc. (WMP), a U.S. manufacturer of wire mesh conveyor belts, announced its acquisition of Penn Wire Products Corp., an experienced supplier of wire belts and related conveyor components located in Lancaster, as of Jan. 1.

The merger will enhance WMP's already knowledgeable management team, combining more than 100 years of experience and more than 80 manufacturing personnel dedicated to providing high-quality products and attentive customer service.
