Two events will be held to raise funds for the New Bridgeville Fire Company's new tanker truck.

The fire company, 2870 Furnace Road, Red Lion, will hold a bake sale on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 9 a.m. to noon. The fire company will sell peanut butter fudge pieces by the dozen; chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and sugar cookies by the dozen; 9-inch cherry crumb and apple crumb pies; and chocolate whoopie pies with white or peanut butter icing.

Preorders are recommended. To order, call or text 717-495-8609 or send the fire company a message on Facebook. Callers should include their name and phone number, and a list of the baked goods they would like.

The fire company's auxiliary will hold a pretzel sandwich, sub, and pizza sale. The deadline for orders is Feb. 25. Orders may be picked up on Wednesday, March 15, from 4 to 6 p.m. at New Bridgeville Fire Company, 2870 Furnace Road, Red Lion.

Options include two sizes of pizza; ham, turkey, and roast beef pretzel sandwiches and subs; and American and Italian subs. Orders may be placed by contacting a member of the auxiliary or calling or texting Linda at 717-309-6261. A name, order, and phone number should be provided when ordering.
