The Lower Swatara Lions Club will hold a spaghetti dinner on Saturday, March 11, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Lions building in Shopes Gardens, 2 Theodore Ave., Middletown. The cost of the takeout meal includes spaghetti, meatballs, a salad, bread, a drink and dessert.

This event will have a drive-through format.
