The Arts at Millersville University will present "Dance of Hope" as part of the Family Fun Fest series on Saturday, March 25, at 1 p.m. in Steinman Hall at the Ware Center, 42 N. Prince St., Lancaster. Lobby activities for kids will begin at noon and are included with admission to the show

"Dance of Hope" is a music, dance and storytelling event featuring young African performers. The Dance of Hope organization strives to restore dignity and self-confidence to Ugandan youths ages 11 to 18 through teaching life skills, music, and the arts. Performances explore the transformational power of music and dance to raise awareness and improve the way of life for children who are orphaned, displaced, or living in poverty. Dance of Hope's 2023 "Changing the World" tour is made possible through the World Bridge Foundation.
