Advoz's signature event and dinner will take place on Thursday, April 13, at 6 p.m. at the Eden Resort, 222 Eden Road, Lancaster.

The event will feature keynote speaker Ron Kraybill and testimony from people who have benefited from Advoz's facilitated dialogue. Attendees will learn more about how to slow down and "fight right" for the needs and values that people hold dear.

Kraybill, leading founder of the Lancaster Mediation Center, the predecessor to Advoz, and a professor and international mediator, has been on the frontlines of conflict transformation work for more than 40 years. He is the author of a conflict styles assessment tool that has made learning good conflict skills accessible to groups worldwide, including corporations, governments, schools, and coaching groups.

Advoz's Partners Breakfast Workshop will take place the next morning on Friday, April 14, from 8:30 to 11 a.m. and will highlight Kraybill's work with the trademarked Conflict Style Matters assessment in a workshop facilitated with Advoz staff. Designed for leaders, managers, and human resources professionals seeking to build a more resilient organizational culture, the workshop includes a sample Style Matters assessment for each attendee, facilitated discussion with other participants, and an opportunity to engage with the author.
