Comprehensive plan workshop set

West Sadsbury Township will hold a public workshop on Wednesday, May 24, to begin preparing for a new comprehensive plan. The open-house style workshop will be run from 6 to 8 p.m. at the West Sadsbury Township Building, 6400 Moscow Road, Parkesburg. Individuals are invited to stop anytime during the two-hour window to review information and offer insights.

Last updated in 1994, the comprehensive plan is an adopted policy document that is intended to provide long-range guidance for township decision-making regarding topics such as land use, transportation, economic development, housing, public facilities, historic resources, and environmental resources. As part of the process, the township is also asking residents and surrounding communities to complete a brief online survey.
