Traditions of Hershey, a senior living community located at 100 N. Larkspur Drive in Palmyra, will present a seminar about arthritis on Thursday, May 18, at 10 a.m. The program is part of a free, three-part health series called "Living Stronger, Longer with FOX Rehabilitation." Topics focus on senior wellness issues.

Attendees of the upcoming program will learn how therapeutic exercises, focusing on mobility, strength and flexibility, may help to improve range of motion and increase muscle support to joints.
