The Lancaster Chapter Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold a general membership meeting and dinner on Thursday, June 8, at the Hamilton Club, 106 E. Orange St., Lancaster. A social hour will begin at 5 p.m. with dinner and the meeting to follow. The guest speaker will be Zach Waltz, director of operations at Waltz Vineyard Estate Winery in Manheim.
