Arthur Hall Insurance announced that Lore Baker has achieved two new insurance designations. She has also been named the agency's senior claims advocate/department manager.

Building upon her existing knowledge as a claims advocate and with an Associate in Claims (AIC) designation, Baker adds both the Associate in Insurance (AINS) and the Associate in Claims - Management (AIC - M) to her list of accomplishments. Both designations build upon a thorough knowledge of the insurance industry.

As the agency's claims department manager, Baker oversees a team of claims professionals who provide service for all levels of commercial and personal lines insurance claims.

With more than 30 years industry experience, Baker began her career as an insurance defense paralegal. She progressed to claims, where she has held positions of adjuster, manager and claims advocate. She is a graduate of West Chester University and is active in a number of community service organizations.
