The movie "Minions" will be shown at Broad Street Park in Akron, located in the 700 block of Broad Street, on Sunday, June 18, at dusk, about 9 p.m. The event is free of charge and is sponsored by Cultivate Church in Akron.

Children and their parents are invited to bring along lawn chairs and blankets and sit in the hockey rink area of the Broad Street Park for the film. Free popcorn will be served. In the case of inclement weather, the movie will be shown indoors at Cultivate Church, 650 Main St., Akron.

Additional community movie nights are being planned in Akron, with one event held in July and one in August.
