UDS to host OLTL deputy secretary

United Disabilities Services (UDS) Foundation - a nonprofit committed to helping seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities lead more independent and fulfilling lives - has announced its participation in the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) Listen and Learn Sessions. UDS will host an in-person event at its office, 2270 Erin Court, Lancaster, featuring Juliet Marsala, deputy secretary of OLTL, on Monday, July 17, from 1 to 2 p.m.

Marsala is spending her first 90 days in office hearing from those using Medical Assistance (MA) coverage or long-term services and supports through the Community HealthChoices (CHC), OBRA, Act 150, or Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) programs. The OLTL Listen and Learn Sessions are an opportunity to hear feedback from program participants, family members, and community members tied to OLTL programs so OLTL can improve its programs.

The Listen and Learn Session is free to attend. For more information or to arrange for a special accommodation for transportation or remote participation, contact the UDS Resource Center at 888-837-4235.
