Senior Commons at Powder Mill, 1775 Powder Mill Road, York, will host a seminar on talking to senior parents about their future care plans. The seminar will be held on Wednesday, July 12, at 6 p.m. Ginnie Kite, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and licensed nursing home administrator with a Master of Business Administration, will share the best ways to start a conversation with one's parents about downsizing and moving to senior living.
