St. John's Lutheran Church, located on the corner of Sixth and Locust streets in Columbia, will host "Camp Discovery" vacation Bible school (VBS) from Monday to Thursday, Aug. 7 to 10, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The program, open to kids ages 3 to 12, will include Bible-learning activities, songs, games, snacks, crafts and more. Each day's session will begin and end with a celebration.

Families are asked to enter the building using the Sixth Street doors and arrive 10 minutes early on the first night.
