The Coventry Food Pantry is currently seeking donations of school supplies. Items that are needed include book bags, markers, pencils, pens, glue sticks, pink erasers, pencil boxes, spiral notebooks, loose leaf paper, safety scissors, two-pocket folders and sticky notes.

The school supplies will be given to children during the pantry's distribution on Tuesday, Aug. 1, so donations should be dropped off by Saturday, July 29. Items may be placed in the pantry's outdoor bin located in front of the building at 692 W. Schuylkill Road (Route 724), Unit 1, Pottstown.

The Coventry Food Pantry supplies food and household goods to families and individuals in need who reside in the Owen J. Roberts School District.
