The Lancaster Christian Women's Club will hold a "Life Is Like Spinning a Yarn" luncheon meeting at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 6, at Bent Creek Country Club, 620 Bent Creek Drive, Lititz. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m.

Wendy Ellis from the Lancaster Yarn Shop at Kitchen Kettle Village will share the latest trends in creative knitting. Jean Bisnett will speak on "The Best Is Yet to Come."
