Valosh Patisserie, 23 E. High St., Elizabethtown, will offer Cours de Pâtisserie. These baking classes offer opportunities to learn the art of creating classic French pastries infused with the tropical flair of Puerto Rico.

The classes will be offered under the guidance of Valosh owner and head pastry chef Valeria Garcia. Participants will be invited to try their hand at creating desserts and then will be able to taste their creations.
