Two marriage and family therapists will coach couples at a Relationship Boot Camp at St. Mark's United Methodist Church (UMC) on Saturday, Sept. 30. The boot camp will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Susan Stewart and Olga Baron-Lamma of Whole and Holy Integrative Wellness will lead the daylong seminar. Couples will go on a lunch date to practice what they are learning.

Couples of all ages are invited to learn better communication skills and conflict resolution. There will be a cost per couple, which does not include lunch. Financial assistance is available based on need.
