Hershey Christian Academy will host a Kauffman's chicken barbecue fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place in the parking lot of the school, located at 3003 Elizabethtown Road, Hershey.

Dinners will include one-half of a chicken, a baked potato, applesauce and a dinner roll. Proceeds from the sales of chicken dinner will go towards the school's operating costs.

To purchase tickets, call the school office at 717-312-7595 on Mondays through Fridays during normal business hours. Only cash and checks will be accepted for payment.

Visitors may pick up their children through the drive-through or stay and enjoy dinner. Children's activities, live music and drinks will be provided for those who dine in. There will also be a student-led bake sale.
