To better evaluate substance use in Dauphin County and the attitudes around its use, the Dauphin County Department of Drug and Alcohol Services has developed a survey through which the public can weigh in on the issue. Everyone is encouraged to participate.

The survey, which can be found at https://forms.office.com/g/XQpAsav1K8 and submitted anonymously, asks a series of questions about substance use, as well as prevention tools and resources.

The Dauphin County Department of Drug and Alcohol Services seeks to receive information that will guide prevention education, treatment opportunities and outreach initiatives.
