Arthur Hall Insurance appoints new shareholder

The board of directors of Arthur Hall Insurance have announced that Kyle C. Rheiner, CIC, has been named as a principal shareholder for the agency. Rheiner joins James Denham, Glenn Burcham, Mark Sammarone, Nicole Grebloskie, Josh Isler, Dan Mackarevich and Karen Leary as an agency partner and member of the managing leadership team. Rheiner began his career with Arthur Hall Insurance in 2020 as the food and beverage practice leader and commercial lines account executive.

Specializing in the food and beverage market, Rheiner's goal is to determine the best coverage for each individual and unique business situation. Brewery clients across the country rely on his expertise and knowledge of intricate details surrounding brewery insurance. His goal is to allow brewers to focus on their business operations while knowing their risk is well managed and controlled.

Upon attending a 2020 Brewers' Guild meeting in Pittsburgh, Rheiner discovered there was a need to reach more craft brewers across the state and the country. Brewers wanted information focused on the business side of the industry to help them in their daily operations. Thus was born the Beer Mighty Things podcast, a craft brewery business library in podcast form that answers questions about everything related to running a brewery. Today, Beer Mighty Things has more than 26,000 downloads and more than 200 interviews with industry leaders.

Rheiner's record of professional accolades includes receiving Vista Today's "40 under 40 Millennial Superstar" award, Rough Notes Magazine's PRO-File subject, IA&B's Young Agent of the Year in Pennsylvania and a featured cover on Primary Agent Magazine. He is also one of 35 agents in the United States named Insurance Business Magazine's "Young Guns of 2018."

Besides earning a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from West Chester University, Rheiner holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.

Currently residing in Thorndale, with his wife and two daughters, Rheiner is a past president of the West Chester University Alumni Chester County Chapter, current vice president of the Rotary Club of West Chester, a Leadership Chester County graduate and coaches his daughters' basketball and lacrosse teams.
