Wayside Presbyterian Church, 600 Stony Battery Road, Landisville, will offer a financial planning seminar on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the atrium. The program is appropriate for people of all ages and in all stages of life.

The presenter will be Paul Mulholland, the director of financial planning with Thomas Charles Wealth Management and a professor teaching finance and investment at Lancaster Bible College. He is also associated with the Dave Ramsey Christian financial planning network.

Prior to his current roles, Mulholland held trust officer, financial planner, and investment manager positions in the Philadelphia area at The Vanguard Group and BNY/Mellon. Mulholland has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern University and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University with a concentration in finance. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner designation with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
