Tenfold partners with donor to renovate housing units

Tenfold announced the completion of a renovation project of a multi-unit city property, funded through a partnership with a private donor, Dr. Frank D. Carano. The project resulted in four additional housing units for low-income renters in Lancaster city.

Tenfold purchased the property in 2005 with a vision to renovate it and turn it into affordable housing units. This vision was brought to fruition when Carano offered to fund the renovation.

Tenfold continues to seek creative solutions to address the housing affordability crisis in Lancaster County and the surrounding area.
