Mount Joy Helping Services has announced new additional hours that its food bank will be open. Community members may now visit the food bank on the first Thursday of each month from 4 to 6 p.m. The food bank will also continue welcoming clients on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m.

The food bank is located at the corner of Mount Joy and Concord streets. It is open to anyone in need of assistance who has a Mount Joy address.

Anyone planning to visit the food bank on the first Thursday of a month is asked to call 717-653-5585.
