BASIS (Brothers and Sisters in Support), a ministry of Handi-Vangelism, is a grief support program for parents who have experienced the death of a child. BASIS has formed a new daytime support group, which will meet on the third Thursday of every month at 10 a.m. at 3261 Rothsville Road, Akron. The first meeting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 16.
