"Buzzing Around Bethlehem" slated

Etown Grace Church, 305 Anchor Road, Elizabethtown, will host a family-friendly event, "Buzzing Around Bethlehem," on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 2 and 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. Walking tours will begin every 15 minutes throughout the event.

During the tours, the birth of Jesus will be observed from various perspectives at 10 stations. Guests will meet in the center square of Bethlehem and be greeted by a Bethlehem Tourist Bureau guide. The tourists will be led on a journey featuring drama and music and inviting them to meet some of the key eyewitnesses to Jesus' birth, including Isaiah, who wrote the prophecy of Jesus' birth; Simeon, who blessed Jesus and predicted His future; Elizabeth; Joseph; Mary; and other key people from the biblical account of Jesus' birth.

The event is handicapped-accessible. Refreshments will be available at the end of the tour. There will also be door prizes.
