WellSpan Health will present a seminar titled "Diabetes: Break Up With Bad Habits" on Tuesday, Nov. 7, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at Fairmount Homes in the Farm Crest Community Room at 1100 Farm Crest Drive, Ephrata.

The event will include a panel discussion, with experts talking about healthy eating, physical activity, blood sugar testing, medications, reducing risks, healthy coping, problem solving, and the importance of eating breakfast. Speakers from WellSpan Health will include physicians, a pharmacist, a registered nurse, a registered dietitian, and a physical activity expert. Also included will be exhibitors, food samples, recipes, and an exercise demonstration.
