United Way of Lancaster County is requesting proposals from entities that would like to host a 45-minute workshop during United Way's third annual 211 Day: Capacity Building Summit. The event will take place on Friday, Feb. 9, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, 850 Greenfield Road, Lancaster.
