Garden Spot Village (GSV) has announced its Music of the Birds birdhouse display and online auction. The event will feature handcrafted birdhouses from the GSV Wood Shop and spring bird-themed treasures crafted by quilters, artisans, cross-stitchers, and members of the GSV Art Guild.

Nearly 100 items will be available for bids at http://gsc.gl/birdhouse starting Thursday, Feb. 1, and ending Thursday, Feb. 29, at 1 p.m. The items may be viewed in person at GSV's Village Square, 433 S. Kinzer Ave., New Holland; the display is located between the Harvest Table and The Artisans Corner. Individuals may also visit the aforementioned website to view the items.

Since its inception sixteen years ago, this annual endeavor has raised over $55,000 for the Benevolent Care Fund. The fund provides essential support to GSV residents who have depleted their financial resources.
