JBT promotes four to regional branch manager roles

Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) recently announced that Paul Stauffer, Heather Via, Rodney Becker and Beverly Leisey have been promoted to regional branch manager roles.

Stauffer has been named regional branch manager for JBT's northern region, which consists of JBT's Jonestown and Cleona branch locations. Stauffer has been with JBT since 2020 and was most recently the manager of the Jonestown branch. He is a graduate of Lebanon Christian Academy and attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.C., studying business administration with an emphasis on business law and business statistics, and Messiah College with a focus on the field of finance with an emphasis on accounting and economics. Stauffer was recognized for his contribution toward the creation of the American Bankers Association's Principles of Banking text book.

Via will be the regional branch manager for the eastern region, which includes JBT branches in Lebanon, Newmanstown in Lebanon County, and Robesonia in Berks County. Previously, Via served as manager of the Lebanon and Newmanstown branches. Via has been employed with JBT for 20 years and is a graduate of Tulpehocken High School and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking.

As the regional branch manager of JBT's western region, Becker will supervise the bank's Grantville, Northside Commons (Palmyra), and Quentin Road branches. Becker has been with JBT for 14 years, most recently as manager of the Quentin Road branch. He is a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School and Bloomsburg University, as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers - Community Lender Course, and has 23 years of banking experience.

Leisey, who will serve as the regional manager for JBT's southern region, joined JBT in 2019. Leisey will oversee JBT's Lancaster County branch locations in Ephrata, Lititz and Manheim. Previously, Leisey was the branch manager of JBT's Lititz and Manheim locations. She has 15 years of banking experience and is a graduate of Ephrata High School, and the American Bankers Association (ABA) Principles of Banking as well as ABA Marketing courses.
