The Lancaster County Postcard Club will hold a meeting on Monday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. at the Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Road, Lancaster. The program will be a Members' Market, offering opportunities for attendees to buy and sell postcards and paper items. The postcard competition will be "Windmills."
