The Lower Susquehanna Valley O-Gauge Model Railroaders will open its model railroad to the public from Wednesday, Feb. 21, to Saturday, March 9. The display will be on view at the National Watch and Clock Museum, 514 Poplar St., Columbia, which is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
