The Lancaster County 4-H Ephrata-Cocalico Community Club will hold its organizational meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 27, at the Ephrata Fair office, 19 S. State St., Ephrata, at 6 p.m. All 4-H programs are available to all youths ages 8 to 18 before Jan. 1 of the current year.

Attendees will discuss plans for the year, go over enrollment information, and have opportunities to ask questions. Youths must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
