Lancaster Modern Etiquette has announced the launch of its newest classes "Dine with Style" and "Poised and Pretty."

The "Dine with Style" class will cover lessons in proper posture, utensil usage and dinner conversation during a three-course dinner at Lititz Springs Inn, 141 E. Main St., Lititz. The program will be held on Saturday, March 23, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The registration deadline is Friday, March 22.

In the "Poised and Pretty" series, open to girls ages 8 to 12, participants will learn about visual poise, social finesse and refined living. Topics will include mastering the art of a perfect introduction and crafting heartfelt thank-you notes.

"Poised and Pretty" will be offered on Saturdays, May 4 and 11, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The registration deadline is Friday, April 26. The classes will be held at the Inspire Business Community, 226 N. Arch St., Lancaster.
