Join Winters Heritage House on opening day of its spring exhibit No Matter What the Dress, Women Making a Difference: Celebrating Women Who Advocated for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

In addition to spotlighting women who advocated for equity, diversity, and inclusion, the exhibit will feature information on Ruth Handler, complete with a Barbie display, and an Elizabethtown resident’s women’s clothing and accessory collection from the 1850’s to 1980’s.

The exhibit will run from Friday, March 8 through Friday, March 29, 2024, with a guest presentation from historical interpreter Dr. Daisy Century on March 26. Dr. Century will perform the life of Mary Fields at 7 p.m. at the adjacent H.U. Coble House.

Exhibit Hours are as follows:
Mondays 11-2
Tuesdays 11-2
Wednesdays 10-3
Thursday 10-3
Fridays - 10 - 3 with extended hours until 7 p.m. on Friday, March 8 and Friday, March 15.
Saturdays - 11-2
