Breakout Ministries, 2400 Anita Court, Leola, will host an event celebrating the 55th birthday of missionary Beth Alegria, who will be visiting from El Salvador, on Saturday, March 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will include snacks, games, birthday cake, giveaways, and prizes.

In lieu of gifts, donations will be received for Esther's Heart Ministry, which is directed by Alegria. Organizers hope to raise $13,000 to send children in El Salvador to a Christian school. Many children are waiting for sponsors and have fallen behind in school or do not attend school. Alegria hopes that by obtaining an education, the children may become self-sufficient.
