Women invited to Day of Renewal

St. Paul Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) invite all women of faith to attend a Day of Renewal on Saturday, April 20, at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, 200 W. Orange St., Lititz.

Sponsored by the Lower Susquehanna Synod of the Women of the ELCA, the event will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast.

The morning session will feature speaker Karen Knight of Heartsongs Ministries, Inc. Her heart's desire is to share the hope and peace found in Jesus Christ.

Knight's first session will be "Footprints .. Encounters With Jesus," and the second will be "Out of the Kitchen, Into the Heart."

After lunch, there will be an afternoon tour of St. Paul's sacred grounds and prayer labyrinth.

The day will conclude with a church service in the sanctuary. The event will end at 3:30 p.m.

There is a cost to attend, and the registration deadline is Wednesday, April 10. For registration information, call the church at 717-626-4709.
