Meeting to feature presentation on KPETS

The Millersville Woman's Club will meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 222 N. George St., Millersville.

Darleen Graham, interim executive director of Keystone Pet Enhanced Therapy Services (KPETS), will share how the organization helps people in the community. KPETS volunteers and their pets visit health-related facilities, special-needs programs, schools, libraries, and more.

Graham is a retired English teacher who decided to combine her interests in dogs and volunteerism by getting involved with KPETS. Graham, accompanied by her two pet Cavalier King Charles spaniels, have been giving presentations since 2016. In February 2023, she accepted the position of interim executive director with KPETS, and she continues in this position while the board of directors conducts a search for a new executive director.
