Rissers Mennonite Church, 8360 Elizabethtown Road, Elizabethtown, will host a hymn sing on Sunday, April 14, at 7 p.m. An ice cream social will follow the service.

The hymn sing will be led by Merle Ressler. He and his wife, Rosene, are from the New Holland area, and they attend Weaverland Anabaptist Faith Community, where Merle leads singing and is on the worship teams. Merle also leads hymn sings at various churches throughout Lancaster County. He is an owner of Fisher & Thompson Dairy Equipment in Leola.
