Chiques Church, 4045 Sunnyside Road, Manheim, will present "The Great Jungle Journey" vacation Bible school (VBS) on Sunday, June 9, through Thursday, June 13, from 6:30 to 8:45 p.m.

The VBS program will cover Genesis to Revelation with stops at seven "ports" that represent the C's of history: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross and Consummation. Children will discover how these concepts shape their world, and they will learn to reconnect the Bible to their everyday life.

Each evening will begin with music and prayer time, followed by Bible lessons in age-appropriate classrooms. Children will get to enjoy games and crafts, as well as a snack each night. Each evening will close with more singing and a drama.
