At a recent Manheim Lions Club meeting, the club presented the Manheim Lions CTC Student of the Month award for April to Carleigh Hess.

Carleigh is a senior at Manheim Central High School and is enrolled in the Veterinary Assistant program at the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center (LCCTC) campus in Willow Street.

She is involved in the National Technical Honor Society and serves in the Ambassador Program assisting prospective students and parents who visit LCCTC.

Upon graduation, Hess plans to work as a veterinary assistant for at least a year while considering her next course.
