The Lower Swatara Lions Club recognized Tre Leach as its Teacher of the Year for 2024.

Leach is the son of T.R. and Jennifer Leach of Middletown. A graduate of Middletown Area School District and Lycoming College, he teaches information technology at Middletown Area Middle School (MAMS). He was recognized for his dedication and service to his students. MAMS principal Shannon Wevodau noted that Tre encourages students to do their best and make the right decisions.
