Village Library to host STEM program

The Village Library, 207 N. Walnut St., Morgantown, will host an interactive STEM program for children and their families on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at 10 a.m.

The program, presented by a national group called Science Heroes, uses stories to teach science. During the interactive 45-minute show, volunteers will help the performer conduct science experiments about chemical reactions, the transfer of energy, physical explosions and the changing states of matter.
